We invite you, as is our tradition, to sip from the Well of Knowledge! The Shire of the Mountain Freehold would like for you to join us for a day of learning. We will have A&S classes on a variety of topics, and the class schedule is below.
We will also have a Panel to display and get feedback on your work. Submissions from any and all Arts and Sciences fields are welcome!
The Freehold A&S Champion will be chosen at this event. The topic is “Anachronism” and entries will be judged with a rubric that Gudrun has adapted from the Kingdom A&S Rubric.
Our legendary Dayboard will be included in your site fee. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate.

$20 Adults, ($5 SCA member discount)
$5 Youth (6-17), Free for children under 6
We are continuing the tradition of having a family cap. Families with more than two children will only have to pay the site fee for a maximum of two youth. Additional children in the family will be admitted for free.
Checks should be made out to SCA Inc., Shire of Mountain Freehold, or pay by cash. (We cannot accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, etc at the gate.)
SCHEDULE: Site opens at 11 am, event closes at 7 pm. Classes will run from about noon to 6 pm, with an hour break at 2 pm for lunch and time to look at the A&S display. At 5:30 pm the A&S panel will meet, and at 6PM after the last classes, the winners of the A&S competition will be announced.
