3 cups red wine vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
4 peppercorns
small chunk of nutmeg
(simmer for 30 minutes, then strain)
For a feast drink, mix 1 cup of this spiced vinegar, 1 can of grape juice and one gallon of water.
To make six gallons of drink, double the above recipe for spiced vinegar, then add it all to six cans of grape juice, and 5-1/2 gallons of water.
(I think this is kind of watery and needs more grape juice concentrate.– taste and see what you think)
