1 quart applesauce (choose unsweetened)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
juice of one lemon
4 large eggs

Mix all together, pour into pie shells, bake about 1/2 hour at 350 until set.

AMOUNTS: this amount fills three shallow pie shells, or 55 small tart shells, or 1 pie and 25 tarts. (For volume calculations, each “batch” is 55 oz.)
