Hi, folks! Here’s a form to fill out if you want to make a request for a Freehold Treasury expense. Examples would be: Fencing, Heavy List, or Archery equipment for general shire use. New serving gear for our feasts. Photocopying for demos.
(Note that expenses related to a specific Event should be built into the budget for that event, rather than making the request through this form.)
Requests go to the Shire’s Financial Committee. Somebody will get back to you soon. If your request is accepted, you will need to give (or scan) receipts to our Exchequer. If it’s a major expense, further discussion may be needed at a moot.
