Care to drink from the Well of Knowledge? The Shire of the Mountain Freehold would like to invite you to join us for a day of learning and competition.

We will have A&S classes on a variety of topics, including knife sharpening; jesters and fools; how to light a camp with oil lamps; bardic storytelling; period packs and straps;  palmistry; singing rounds; cattail lamps; embroidery; polearm technique; hood making; feast planning; runes and runecasting; nalbinding; and leather stitches for glovemaking.

We will also have a Panel to display and get feedback on your work. Submissions from any and all Arts and Sciences fields are welcome! People will vote on their favorite submissions in three categories: Early Period, Late Period, and Anachronism.

Our legendary Dayboard will be included in your site fee. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate. Offerings will include pea soup, stewed beef, veggie quiche, assorted pickled vegetables, baked custard, cheesecake, gingerbread, confits, and more!
